Nuala is a director, writer, and photographer originally from Altadena, California and currently based in Brooklyn, New York. She earned her BFA in Drama at NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a concentration in filmmaking and screenwriting. Her education included studying with Playwrights Horizons Theatre School, Stonestreet Screen Acting Residency Program, and the Florence Writing Study Abroad Program.
Nuala’s film work has been screened with Interlace Presents and NoBudge at Nitehawk Cinema. Her writing has appeared in Read Copy’s online and in-print publication as well as her substack page, Slow To Warm.
